Morrie has overseen multiple large-scale programs related to the transformation of real estate and facilities, including a significant number of both large and small projects located throughout the United States. This experience includes executive office space, desk sharing and work-at-home strategies, and ADA compliance for a variety of corporate organizations. Over the past 15 years, Morrie has completed over six million square feet of telecom, call center/data center and mission critical projects. He has been the project manager for numerous Verizon call centers, many region headquarters and countless facility renovations over the past 10 years.
His scope of expertise covers all project aspects, including creating executive space design solutions for companies, leading design teams in creating progressive, flexible, and modern spaces for clients, and managing the highly technical build-out and occupancy of facilities. The exposure to such diverse projects and experience has provided him the knowledge and wisdom to handle every challenge
