To create a space that successfully serves corporate, technology and operations teams within Radian’s new work environment, NELSON delivered a strong combination of design, strategic planning and change management services.
NELSON created a multi-clinic space from an abandoned shopping complex that included grocery, hardware and retail stores. Instead of produce and hammers, people now have an engaging environment to access a variety of orthopedic services.
Continuing to build on a successful, 10-year relationship, NELSON recently completed the tenant fit-up of two build-to-suit buildings for Biogen Idec's corporate headquarters totaling 507,000 SF. The process included abandoning a 20-year-old conventional office standard in favor of a cross-functional, open plan that supports teaming and collaboration.
NELSON helped Infinite Peripherals, an innovative company that develops and markets peripheral devices to perform wireless business transactions, fully utilize both floor and vertical space to create flexible, forward-thinking office that can support current work and future growth.
