The Rise of the Destination Workplace

We are pleased to announce that NELSON’s own Gary Miciunas has been featured in Chicago Creative Space for his expertise on the destination workplace and the future of the workplace. Titled, The Destination Workplace, the article discusses the office designs that appeal to millennials, preconceived misconceptions companies have regarding designing their spaces to appeal to the culture of millennials and the predictions of how the 2020 workplace will be designed both aesthetically and culturally.

The article also addresses the strategies that NELSON uses to help clients get to their “Destination Workplace” including branding strategies, employee engagement strategies, communication strategies and “FlexWork” strategies.
