Markus Weidner

Markus Weidner joins NELSON as our Director of Technology to provide leadership and manage both operations and strategy for the NELSON Technology Services (NTS) and Design Technology Services (DTS) departments. Based in the Philadelphia office, Markus’s primary focus will be to deploy the most effective and efficient service organization and technology solutions while also being responsible for establishing a standard NELSON BIM infrastructure environment and driving success in the utilization of BIM technology throughout the NELSON organization.

For the past eight years, he served as Associate Vice President, Director of Information Technology for Pennoni Associates. Throughout his career, Markus has managed the successful integration of more than nine acquired firms during a 12 year period.  This level of experience will be very beneficial to NELSON’s aggressive merger and acquisition growth strategy, which has resulted in 19 transactions within the last 13 years.  Markus’ passion for what he does will be clearly demonstrated in the value that he brings to NELSON Teammates and clients.  We’re pleased to welcome him to the NELSON network.
