Chief Transformation Officer
Joe originally joined NELSON in 1995 and became a member of the executive team in 2000. In that role, he oversaw a broad span of initiatives during several dramatic growth periods.
Today, he will work seamlessly with other members of the Executive Team as well as the broader stakeholders to help NELSON enact and implement transformational improvements. Joe will handle activities ranging from merger integrations to the start-up of new Practice Areas, from resourcing required to support corporate initiatives to increasing our services, efficiency, and engagement of Teammates.
