Jill is a seasoned and talented operations professional known for immediately seeing and connecting with a corporate vision to communicate and execute associated strategies that achieve record growth and build engaged, high performing teams. Over the course of her career, Jill has achieved results such as:

Created structure, growth and profitability that attracted private equity for a company sale

Effectively positioned entrepreneurial services company for IPO which resulted in a successful public offering on NASDAQ

Transformed the organizational infrastructure fostering 200 percent revenue growth in the fundraising and financial services industries

Developed and implemented a strategic initiative to expand operations into Canada

Led integration, restructuring and change management activities for 2,000 employees in a services business

Prior to joining NELSON in November 2013, Jill served as Vice President of Operations at Strategic Fundraising where she oversaw strategic planning, growth, customer experience and M&A integration. Her efforts helped to facilitate a doubling of the firm’s revenue over the course of a five year plan.  Jill previously worked with ACI Telecentrics where she repositioned teams to support multi-channel service delivery and devised and implemented sales process and talent management strategies to propel a four-fold revenue increase.
