Tony Manuelli

Chief Financial Officer
Tony Manuelli

Tony is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the firm by providing financial leadership throughout the organization. His efforts to create and lead a high-performance financial team that serves as a resource to all NELSON offices is directly responsible for year over year improvements in the firm’s overall performance.

Tony’s deep experience as a financial executive with firms that provide creative professional services gives him a strong understanding of the key elements that impact NELSON’s financial operations, including revenue projection and recognition, utilization and cash flow, mergers and acquisitions and international operations. Prior to joining NELSON, Tony served as CFO for Carat USA, a media buying, planning and consulting agency with 500 employees and $95 million in revenue. Much like NELSON, his work included analyzing utilization tied to staffing plans and partnering with Account teams to establish efficiency and value in pricing managed fee and project work. Tony’s 25-year career has also included time with advertising/marketing giants Deutsch Inc. and Saatchi & Saatchi, and he exercised his entrepreneurial muscles as an early employee with Metro Mobile CTS, a start-up cellular company that was eventually acquired by Verizon.

NELSON has always been a firm that understands its clients’ businesses and the corporate objectives that drive them.  With Tony’s strong focus on the value of running a financially responsible business for NELSON, he has enabled us to gain even greater insights to our clients operations and the ways in which our services and their real estate can provide additional value.
