Our Culture

Every company has its own culture. At NELSON, ours rewards the entrepreneurial spirit that was present when we first opened our doors over 40 years ago, and it also includes the best aspects of the firms with whom we have joined operations during previous years.
Our Culture
NELSON Teammates participated in the Center for Green School's, Green Apple Day of Service across the country.

We recognize that in order to provide best-in-class service, you need to have a best-in-class team. That’s why everyone who works at NELSON is a “Teammate,” not just an employee.

Despite the fact that we work across five different services, several practice area specialties, and in multiple locations across the country and around the world, our business approach calls for complete integration. To deliver on that promise, we must always strive to think and perform as "One NELSON."

Our Teammates share a creative spirit and we are passionate about serving the needs of our clients. We also are committed to embracing sustainable best practices as an organization through efforts such as the NELSON Environmental Initiative, and we believe in "giving back" to the communities where we work and live. In other words, we truly embody the NELSON motto: Focused on Creation, Passion to Deliver.
