ZenithOptimedia, a division of Publicis Group, implements media advertising strategies for their clients. Innovation and performance both within the ZenithOptimedia culture and for clients are paramount. As a result, creating a collaborative environment that supports continuous communication, learning and improvement was a priority and goal for this project.
The project included a 33,600 square foot build out with planning, design and construction all completed within an aggressive schedule of less than 5 months.
A grand reception area adjacent to the break room and boardroom can be opened into one large, contiguous space for all-staff meetings, activities and corporate events.
Interior offices with glass fronts and low workstation panels allow for natural light to flood the space and for access to views of the Chicago skyline and river for all employees. Two “Idea Avenues” designed with a variety of collaborative environments run the length of the floor and are flanked on each end with all-glass conference rooms to encourage interaction and promote creativity. The palette of materials and finishes is composed of neutral greys, black and white. Bold punches of blue accent highlight the collaboration zones and reinforce the Zenith brand resulting in a functional and stimulating environment.
