Tactix

Office
Philadelphia, PA
Tactix
Tenant broker, Tactix’s management team required a new, flexible environment that would provide both workstations and offices for employees while also incorporating comfortable respite areas and breakout spaces. Located in Center City, Philadelphia, the space includes a variety of meeting areas, conference rooms, phone rooms, and workstations. An angled entry pulls visitors into the space from every location as they are greeted with a graphic of the Philadelphia skyline, and with a reclaimed wood wall with glowing letters spelling out “TACTIX.”

Working closely with the Tactix leadership team and their vision to create a high performance workplace that focuses on collaboration, meeting, and entertaining clients, NELSON created a chic space featuring a major touch of charm. The design includes raw and reclaimed wood finishes, a one-of-a-kind live edge dining table, a reclaimed wood barn door, open ceilings with modernism pendant lights, a fireplace surrounded by rusted metal chips, rustic use of open ceilings and reclaimed wood beams that envisions a loft space within a center city high-rise office building and incorporates an outside terrace and green roof.
