Due to its age and zero occupancy level, this 10 story suburban Atlanta office building required a major renovation and expansion of the main lobby to attract large, credible tenants to this property. The existing lobby was small, dark and cramped and the front entrance to the building lacked an approachable presence. NELSON Company was engaged to conduct a significant renovation to the entrance, main lobby and other public areas of the building. The solution included demolition of approximately 900 SF of the second floor, increasing the very cramped atrium space and bringing natural light and views into the lobby.
Custom glass feature walls and railings, new LED lighting and ceiling design and high-end finishes make this lobby stand out from its competitors. The addition of new clear exterior glazing and custom lighting elements highlight the space so that it is visible from the parking lot.
