The Zweig Letter 2008 Hot Firms List, an annual ranking of the 200 fastest-growing architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting firms in the country has been released.  NELSON is pleased to announce that it now ranks #4 on this impressive list.

The Zweig Letter 2008 Hot Firms List considers gross revenues from fiscal year 2004 and 2007 to determine a company’s rank.  Dollar growth and percentage growth were weighted equally to give both small and large firms an opportunity to make the list.  Each firm’s two rankings were added together, and the 200 firms with the best combined rankings comprise the list.

Design and environmental firms that have outperformed the economy and their competitors to become distinguished as industry leaders are recognized in this annual list.  Although firms of varying sizes and types are ranked, they all have experienced tremendous growth during the past three years.  NELSON’s dollar growth was about $54,200,000 and our percentage growth was 334 percent.

The 2008 Hot Firms were acknowledged at a banquet and awards ceremony at The Zweig Letter 2008 Hot Firm Celebration and Conference, held in Chicago.  The complete list of these fast-growing firms is published in the November 2, 2008 issue of The Zweig Letter.
