Paul Seibert Talks Micro Branches in CUES Article
Our own Paul Seibert, alongside other financial industry thought leaders, offers his expertise on what a small space means for a credit union in the CUES Credit Union Management Magazine article, “When it’s Smart to Go Small,” by Stephanie Schwenn Sebring.
He stresses credit unions can accomplish everything in a small space, but need different methods of delivery and levels of success. While small in-store branches are often considered just as transaction locations, they need to also be a place to edify the brand or build relationships. These small branches can become extremely productive by adding personal teller machines with concierge staff trained as high-value service providers.
