Marty Festenstein Speaks at Rooftops Chicago

NELSON’s Marty Festenstein, Principal and Legal Practice Group Co-Leader, has been chosen to speak at this year’s Rooftops Conference in Chicago. Held at the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, Marty’s segment – “The Lease of My Worries: Occupancy Opportunities and Challenges in any Economy (Even This One)” – will discuss the important factors not-for-profit organizations are faced with when leasing a space.


The half-day symposium is presented in conjunction with The Rooftops Project at New York Law School and the Business Law Clinic at the Center for Business Law.
