NELSON’s Information Services (IS) team offers consulting services and management of day-to-day operations, including analysis of current practices and CAFM / IWMS system evaluation, selection, implementation and customization. We provide centralized occupancy and space tracking services using both our proprietary software as well as third-party systems.

NELSON IS has developed a comprehensive suite of tools to support a variety of functions, including data warehousing, space planning/forecasting and surveying / polling. In addition, we also provide tools to track and report on portfolio holdings, utilization, space allocation and chargeback data.
