Healthcare Benefits

Dental Benefits
Our dental plan encourages preventive care such as check-ups and cleanings by covering these services at 100% and, in addition, pays a major portion of the cost of other dental treatments.

- Ability to switch, on a monthly basis, between a DMO and a PPO
In addition, all eligible Teammates are welcomed to participate in Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Income Protection plans. NELSON covers the cost of both plans. We also offer Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts and a 401(k) Savings Plan.
Our Commuter Benefit Program (Parking and Mass Transit) allows Teammates to deduct money pre-tax for qualified (as defined by the IRS) work-related parking and mass transit expenses. NELSON also offers access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which is designed to provide short-term counseling services that can help handle concerns constructively before they become major issues. This service is offered at no cost to all NELSON Teammates.
Finally, NELSON provides Paid Time Off (PTO) to eligible Teammates. PTO is an all-purpose time-off policy. You can use PTO for vacation, holidays, illness or injury and personal business. PTO combines traditional vacation and sick leave plans into one flexible, paid time-off policy.
